What MarketRefine does

MarketRefine presents market evidence to help identify companies that may deserve further investigation.

It provides guidance for further research rather than buy or sell decisions. You remain responsible for interpreting the evidence and making investment decisions.

What to expect

The Beta provides 7 days of evaluation access beginning with your first analysis, not when you download the installer. After the Beta period expires, analysis features will no longer be available.

• Windows 11 x64 acceptance is complete. Compatibility across other computers is still being evaluated.
• Internet access is required. Some scans may take time to complete.
• Features, presentation, and behavior may change during Beta.

Install and start testing

1. Select Download Beta Installer to save MarketRefine-Beta-Setup.exe. No sign-in or invitation is required.
2. Check the filename and SHA-256 on this page before running the installer. A matching checksum confirms file identity; it does not establish that the file is free of malware.
3. Close any running MarketRefine window, then double-click the installer and follow setup. It installs for your Windows user account, creates a Start Menu shortcut, and offers an optional desktop shortcut. Keep existing application and licensing data when upgrading.
4. Keep internet access available. Setup downloads the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime if missing. Python and a development environment are not required.
5. Launch MarketRefine from setup or the Start Menu. Installing or opening it does not start your seven-day period; Run Scan or Evaluate a Symbol starts it. Reinstalling the same version does not restart the period.

Run a scan, explore Standard MEF and Opportunity Development candidates, and evaluate familiar ticker symbols. Note unclear explanations, display issues, errors, and unexpected results. Scans can take time; this beta has no scan-cancel button, and normal window closing waits until a scan finishes. Close and reopen the application after the scan to check everyday use.

• Whether MarketRefine helps you understand why a company may deserve further investigation.

Feedback and support

Use the Feedback control inside MarketRefine or Submit feedback for 0.1.2-beta to report bugs, unclear information, and suggestions. Feedback remains available after beta analysis access expires. Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Review and redact screenshots or log copies before sharing; do not send passwords, account credentials, caches, or licensing files.
